Interim Finance Director

I'm currently recruiting for an International manufacturing organisation who have global operating plants. With a UK Head Office they now need to recruit for a trouble shooting/fixing FD for a one year contract who in addition to their finance skills will also have extensive General Management experience (and can show the scars). As an experienced FD you will have worked internationally for large international organisations in overseas locations. You will be an expert at trouble shooting from the most mundane processes to the more interesting such as restructuring, systems improvements, and replacing FD's. I need someone who can dig deep, roll up sleeves and above all communicate with all levels. You will need to be able to build teams with people quickly in culturally different countries and resolve problems and conflicts before they materialise. This role will require a UK base but will involve almost 100% overseas postings. I need someone who will have the tenacity to keep going and also confident to tell the situation as it is and not fear the consequences. If you're interested in this challenging fixing role then contact me ASAP.
