Are you an ambitious CIMA/ACCA Fully Qualified Accountant looking to join a business that offers significant personal development? This is a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to have a direct impact on a business.
Offering an all-encompassing position, this role will give the successful candidate exposure to all level of accounts and design plans for future growth of the business.
The Senior Accountant will be responsible for:
- Full monthly management and statutory accounts production
- Identifying and implementing various systems and process improvements
- Liaising with departmental heads outlining the benefits and requirements of reporting processes
- Assisting in the design and implementation of financial strategy
- Managing and recruiting a small team of finance staff
Ideally you will have/be:
- CIMA/ACCA Fully Qualified with 5 year’s PQE within industry
- Experience working within the Manufacturing/Engineering/Construction sector beneficial
- Previous experience working within a family run business beneficial
- Experience producing full sets of management and statutory accounts
- Staff management experience essential
