The successful candidate will be:-
My client is a US-owned Lloyd’s Managing Agent. The business’s product lines, among others, include:- marine, M&A, property and war & terrorism.
Candidate
- University Degree
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA finalist or newly qualified
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Minimum 2 years’ accounts experience within the Lloyd’s market
The successful candidate will be:-
- Producing all Lloyd’s finance returns (including Solvency II)
- Evaluating changing Lloyd’s requirements for returns and building new models
- Analytical review of accounting data
- Completing / overseeing monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Liaising with internal departments including actuarial team
- Liaising with external auditors
- Producing statutory accounts
- Producing board packs and committee packs
- Reviewing and improving processes
