You will be expected to train and manage up to 3 Payroll Administrators delivering the monthly payroll cycle for on average 5 payrolls each, ensuring that net salary payments and tax filings are accurate and on time across the EMEA area ensure all payroll entries to the Oracle Accounting Tool are accurate and complete and that all SOX control account reconciliations are accurate, up to date and any issues investigated and resolved the relationships with HR and the Outsourced Service Provider, looking at ways to improve the process from an end user experience perspective and improve internal efficiency and effectiveness.
To be succssful with your application you will have:
- EMEA payroll experience
- Payroll supervisor experience, with man-management skills.
- Planning
- Accounting and reconciliation
- SOX
- Must be accurate and able to work under pressure to manage regular deadlines
- Confident in dealing with others in problem solving situations
- Working knowledge of various financial computer applications and software
- Languages are a benefit, English is a requirement
