Our exclusive client is a highly profitable, private equity backed B2B services business with ambitious plans for further development. As the business prepares for this next phase, it is embarking on a period of exciting transformation which will enable it can maintain full visibility of business performance as it prepares the platform for sustained and scalable growth.
As part of this, they are now seeking to recruit a high calibre interim CFO on a 3-6m basis.
Key deliverables will be:
- Continued review and development of MI, ensuring clear, incisive and responsive reporting in a fast moving, data rich environment
- Bringing clear and inspiring leadership to the finance team, shaping the function to be true business partner with a proactive 'can do' culture
- Robust management of working capital
- Maintaining and developing relationships with key stakeholders, including the private equity owners
