Interim Payroll Manager

Our client, a market leading business, are looking for a Payroll Manager to join their team on a 9 month interim basis.

This role will take responsibility for structuring and managing an accurate payroll function for the UK and international businesses. Managing a small team, you will ensure processes and procedures comply with best practice, as well as providing excellent payroll and tax expertise, acting as the subject matter expert. This includes staff benefits, share options, treatment of redundancies etc.

The successful applicant will be CIPP Qualified (or equivalent) with Manager level experience and excellent knowledge of current UK payroll and tax legislation. You will be a strong Excel user and be deadline conscious, as well as having the ability to set objectives and monitor team performance.
