Assistant Management Accountant

My client is looking for a hands-on ACCA, CIMA or ACA part qualified Assistant Management Accountant to join their team due to growth in the company. This role will be based in Croydon with some occasional travel to the other sites. The office provides an excellent working environment with a very supportive and friendly team.

As an Assistant Management Accountant you will be responsible for assisting with business partnering to other divisions, support the development and implementation of improvements in process and procedures, assist in production and review of monthly P&L and commentary, business analysis, assist with budgets and forecasts and with accruals and prepayments.

This job is suited to individuals who will be able to engage employees and clients at various management levels. You will need to be able to work within a very fast paced environment, which is constantly growing and producing new and exciting challenges.

Ideally candidates must be part qualified ACCA, CIMA or ACA assistant management accountant, with previous management accounts experience. They must also have a high attention to detail, accurate numerical skills and must have good Excel skills. Study support will be available and this is an excellent environment to develop your skills.
