Payroll Supervisor

A well established company based in Croydon are looking for a Payroll Supervisor to join their growing team due to continued business growth. You be a comfortable communicator with a confident approach to handling Payroll query resolution and relationship management with the team. Excellent modern office and working environment.

Your new role
Reporting to Head of Payroll key duties include supervising staff, managing the workflow of the team and delegating tasks, ensuring payroll rules and HMRC regulations are adhered to, processing weekly and monthly payroll for organisations of varying sizes, dealing with payroll issues,statutory payments and calculations, process starter and leaver processes - P45, P46, P60 etc, and liaising with clients.

What you'll need to succeed
Knowledge of multi sited organisations would be beneficial, up to date knowledge of payroll procedures, statutory payments and HMRC legislation and previous supervisory experience is essential.
