Interim Project Accountant

Frazer John Recruitment Finance practice is working with a client in Manchester and an interim opportunity has arisen for a Microsoft Dynamics Finance Consultant to join the project.  To be successful in this role the Project Accountant will have the following experience:

• Finance background with a solid understanding of the requirements of the finance function.
• Solid understanding of the functionality of the finance modules of AX 2012 however experience of Dynamics 365 would be ideal.
• Our client has recently gone live with a global rollout of Dynamics, the finance and operations modules and the Finance Consultant will be involved in post implementation support and continuous improvement of the system.
• Ability and track record of streamlining and improving processes and ensuring finance users are using full functionality within the GL module, AR, transaction processing and posting, using the system to reduce DSO.
• The Finance Consultant will be able to make recommendations on how to improve dashboards.
• Working with finance users and train them on how to make best use of the system and assist with the transition away from manual processes across different global locations.

The finance consultant will be based in Manchester but will be required to travel overseas for a couple of weeks throughout the duration of the contract.
