An opportunity has arisen to work within one of the finance departments of a renowned multi-media company. They are looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join their head office in the UK. This organisation are a household name in the multi-media industry. This exciting business is constantly growing and seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant / Purchase Ledger Clerk who can help them continue to do so
Your new role
In your new job role of Accounts Payable Assistant / Purchase Ledger Clerk you will be responsible for all aspects of end to end Accounts Payable. You will monitor the Accounts Payable mail, scan and match invoices on the system. You will be responsible for reconciling those invoices with Purchase Orders. You will also be performing supplier statement reconciliations and assisting the Accounts Payable Controller with Month End duties. What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in being considered for the job of Accounts Payable Assistant you will need to have previous experience with Purchase Orders. You will need to have stable employment history and experience in Accounts Payable. You will have great attention to detail and be proactive.
