Our client, a leading Financial Services business, is looking for a Corporate Finance modelling specialist to support their Private Equity business.
The successful candidate will work closely with the front office team on the due diligance of any new acquisitions, portfolio management and general sales activity.
The role has become vacant to to the encumbant moving in to a front office, portfolio manager role. The ideal candidate will be currently working in the Transaction Services or Corporate Finance team of a Big 4 consultancy, with an interest in ultimately moving in to front office role but without the Investment Banking hours or culture.
Position Requirements:
- Degree in quantitative disciplines required
- Qualified accountant, ACA preferred
- Solid quantitative and modelling experience in Excel
- Some VBA background desirable
- 2 - 5yrs experience in corporate financial modelling
