Management Accountant

My client is seeking a qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) Management Accountant/Finance Business Partner to join their collegiate team based in Milton Keynes. The role holder will be expected the strength the management reporting structure and support multiple stakeholders.

Duties include:

*Be responsible for budgeting and forecasting and act as a business partner to all stakeholders in the business.

*Get involved with the month end period to produce relevant analysis to the business.

*Responsibility for the preparation of Client Company Accounts including year-end statutory accounting, management reporting, budget preparation, and completion of VAT returns.

*To ensure the group accounting function maintains the highest level of financial control and governance in order to deliver appropriate reporting within the statutory governance framework.

*Liaise with operational managers and Head of Departments to ensure there is strong budgetary control and financial accountability across the business.

The successful applicant must be a competent Excel user and have experience of business partnering with numerous stakeholders through the forecasting and budgeting process. This is a long established company that is well known for having a friendly and supportive working environment.
