Global Senior Finance Manager

A Globally recognised International Retailer is actively recruiting talent to join their team. A newly created opportunity   has arisen within their Group Reporting team for a Global Senior Finance Manager to work for this dynamic, ambitious globally recognised brand.

Reporting directly into the Global Finance Director your key responsibilities will include:

• Lead, manage, and development of the team, and input into building individual development plans to enable team to achieve its overall global departmental objectives.
• Deliver monthly and other periodic consolidations, including the preparation and review of consolidated annual financial statements, to ensure the integrity of numbers through consistent challenge incompliance with SEC, SOX and US GAAP in line with agreed plans and with correct governance in place.
• Maintain validations, reporting packs & sign-offs with regular updates ensuring relevance and completeness.
• Use strong communication skills to establish and develop excellent working relationships across the business, making use of the organisation structure to act as catalyst  to effect change and help resolve accounting systems issues.

The ideal profile will be a Practice trained candidate with strong experience in consolidation within a large organisation. You will have ideally reported US GAAP and have come from an international organisation.
