Financial Analyst

This profitable FTSE 250 Facilities Management group specialises in the planning, installation and management of real estate, ensuring buildings and related facilities are smarter, greener, safer and operating efficiently. Enjoying double-digit growth in recent years, the business has ambitious plans to capitalise on this success. Due to internal promotion, a new opportunity exists for a qualified accountant to undertake a Financial Analyst role. Supporting a Divisional Finance Director and Business Partnering Heads of internal functions, your broad and varied brief includes:

•Preparation of monthly management accounts & associated cash flows for key areas within Central business functions including some UK travel
•Overall responsibility for reporting & consolidation of functional overheads across Group
•Development of associated functional reporting to support functional heads
•Providing strategic analysis of consolidated overhead reporting for key areas across Group
•Identify & drive cost saving initiatives
•Development of strategic relationships & business partner with key stakeholders
•Completion of monthly balance sheet reconciliations ensuring financial integrity
•Annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting & cashflow reporting for associated overheads
•Lead Improvements with particular focus on standardisation of processes & automation
•Supporting & reviewing year-end tax pack & quarterly VAT returns

As a qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA with proven business partnering experience with C-Suite Execs, financial reporting and analysis skills gained ideally within a Construction, Facilities Management or Contract environment, you will be a self-motivated, proactive individual with evidence of supporting and influencing key stakeholders, strong Excel skills and ideally exposure to SAP.
