Your new role
As Business Consultant - Finance you will be primarily responsible for implementing and providing professional services for existing and new clients on a Finance Product. An effective adoption of the Finance solution by customers will be the primary goal towards successful delivery.

Responsibilities will include:
Provide pre-sales support by working closely with our sales teams to understand and define clients key business drivers and requirements
Propose software solutions which meet those requirements, ensuring they are technically viable and add value to the overall proposal
Understand and demonstrate solutions products to clients at demonstrations and articulate the business benefits they offer
Provide information for service quotes to sales team and create software quotations for ad-hoc services to existing clients directly
Liaise with clients to develop project documentation including Statement of Work and implementation plans
Lead new implementation and upgrade projects
Successfully deliver implementations to customers' satisfaction as close to the budget as possible
Communicate with internal teams including Finance, Support and R&D to ensure effective delivery of projects

What you'll need to succeed
An ideal candidate for the Consultant position will be a technical-minded person who is able to understand complex system and juggle multiple systems at the same time. A combination of people skills, technical ability and an eagerness to learn are needed.
The ideal candidate will have a finance background with some knowledge of IFRS and/or UKGAAP.
The clients preference is for candidates from a finance background with some project management and IT skills.




What you'll get in return
This role involves 50% international travel.
Salary £60-65,000 + Pension + Bonus
