Finance Director
A highly successful private equity backed high tech engineering business (Turnover £8 million per annum and export orientated) is seeking to appoint its first Finance Director.
Reporting to the Managing Director you will take responsibility for all accounting and financial matters.
As Finance Director you will be responsible for:
- To be a member of the senior management team
- Oversee an accounts administrator
- Produce Monthly management accounts
- Produce monthly report to the board
- Control Debtors and Creditors
- Cash flow management
- Deal with shipping documentation
- Oversee monthly payroll
- Oversee strategic purchasing and purchase cost reduction
- Oversee company HR
- Assist with Production planning
- Support the operations director
- Systems - Sage Line 50 and Excel
The ideal Finance Director should be:
- Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA ideally, but not essentially
- Manufacturing or engineering experience
