Project Manager

A multi-national London listed company is looking for a Project Manager to help complete and support their restructuring process.

This is an opportunity for an individual with restructuring experience to project manage the project and to work closely with C-Suite and the Group.

"As a result of multiple acquisitions there is a need to restructure and streamline the business. You will need to be able to work closely with C-Suite and effective manage the project"

To be considered for the role you will need to have:

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualification or equivalent.
• Experience working as a Project Manager around a restructuring project.
• Ability to work independently and to deliver on timelines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels with financial and non-financial management.
• Analytical skills to ascertain any issues and then identify solutions.
• Prince 2 qualification is preferred but non-essential.

More information about the role:

• You will be setting the project budget and managing the costs against such.
• You will need Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ensuring that the restructuring process identified is successfully put in place and articulated to different levels of the business.
