Your new role
Your Senior Finance Manager role reports to the Head of Finance and it will be down to you to impart a fresh review of current operations, business partnering with the commercial teams to deliver the strategy set by the senior leadership team. Contract accounting will be integral whilst business partnering with non-finance colleagues, you will be required to complete financial and management reporting including insights and business information for this growing organisation.

What you'll need to succeed
Contract accounting and business partnering experience will be the keys to success for this role and you will ideally be able to demonstrate a good understanding of your engineering, construction, services experience during the interview process. You will be a qualified accountant in industry who has gained project and contract accounting experience with additional experience in business partnering non-finance colleagues. You'll naturally have excellent communication skills to be able to challenge and collaborate with the business, and the charisma to fit into this very hospitable environment.
