I am currently looking for a Finance Director to join a private equity-backed multi-site business to help grow revenues and profitability, execute on M&A and integrations and partner closely with the CEO. Private equity have recently invested in the initial platform deal and this is a newly-created role to drive the business forward, provide KPIs and MI for the board to improve decision-making and implement fit-for-purpose processes, controls and systems. The business is currently at c. £20m t/o and looking to grow to c. £50-70m t/o over the next 3-4 years through acquisitions.
- You will be an experienced finance professional, FD you will have worked in a multi-site environment (ideally healthcare/ retail/ leisure) and have a good understanding of leverage/ covenants.
- Private equity exposure is essential.
