Finance Analyst

My client situated in north Kent are looking to expand their finance team with a newly created position. This role is a vital position in providing vital information about company performance to improve efficiency and improve costs.

Key accountabilities and duties:

• Reporting
1. Producing daily/weekly/period reports.
2. Develop KPIs to assess performance.
3. Assist with period end closures.

• Service Provision
1. Overseeing the invoicing process for internal and external processes.
2. Investigating and resolve customer queries.

• Shop order Administration
1. Review and analyse weaknesses while working alongside operations and IT to improve data capture, market and waste recording.
2. Variety of project as and when required by the finance function.

This role would suit someone from a management accounts or financial analyst background who ideally has 2/3 year's experience. For the right person study support will be provided however studying within in this position is not essential.
