Transaction Services Assistant Director

One of the UK's top and most prestigious Accountancy firms has instructed Sharp in its search for a Transaction Services Assistant Director to join their Corporate Finance team in Manchester.

A qualified accountant is required, most likely ACA, CA or ACCA (ICAEW or ICAS) with extensive client facing due diligence experience. A sound commercial understanding beyond the financials is highly desirable, as are analytical and report writing skills. This firm is ideally looking for someone who is or has operated at this level or is ready to step up to an Assistant Director role. Ideally your experience will be from a quality firm of accountants working across numerous transactions including but not limited to mergers, acquisitions, disposals and funding.

You will be required to work independently, and with the support of other Assistant Directors, Directors and Partners, to develop and grow the Transaction Services business within Corporate Finance, as well as develop team members.
