Financial Controller

Technically and Commercially strong Financial Controller required to lead the and develop the accounting function for a High Growth enterprise with a unique product based in central Hertfordshire.

Whilst reporting into the Chief Financial Officer and Managing a small but growing team your remit will be to oversee and develop the finance function to ensure that Financial control, policies and procedures remain robust whilst providing commercial insight to the Board.

Key Accountability's and activities include:

Supporting the ongoing growth strategy and vision of the business from a financial perspective, Managing the budgeting cycle and periodic forecasting, oversight of the Management Accounts production, creating trading review packs for Board use along with associated commentary.

Oversight of Financial Accounting, Regulatory matters and Risk whilst maintaining and building strong relationships with Companies House to include: Statutory reporting, policies and audit.
