We are at a significant juncture in developing the finance function to enable the charity to deliver its ambitious strategy for the next few years. Reporting to the Senior Management Accountant, you will produce management accounts with necessary analysis for the fundraising department. You will work closely with the fundraising team to provide financial planning, forecasting and analytical support and necessary analysis and reporting. You will ensure that systems and processes within the fundraising department are fit for purpose and engage in producing and monitoring fundraising bids and reporting to partners.

You will be a fully qualified accountant with good experience of budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, preferably within a fundraising environment. You will have a good understanding of the charity sector, excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deliver multiple objectives to tight deadlines.
