Corporate Finance Senior Manager

This is a rare opportunity to join the Corporate Finance Team in this growing, forward thinking accountancy firm with multiple National offices. This opportunity is suitable for an ACA/ACCA qualified accountant who is currently working for an accountancy practice, and has a strong Corporate Finance background. Your experience could be gained across any of the following areas; Regional Practice, Independent Practice, Top 50, Top 10 or Top Tier accounting firms.  Equally, you may have a background within a CF Boutique firm.

The role will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to work closely with the CF Partners in an autonomous and progressive role.  If you are looking for a challenge that will reward you with further progression and the opportunity to develop relationships then this may be the role for you.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Working closely with the Partners to prepare the due diligence on a wide range of projects.
• Manage and oversee a range of transactions including acquisitions, disposals, AIM and main market admissions, bank lending/refinancing, valuations and creation of business plans and financial models on mergers and acquisitions, grant applications and valuations work.
• Lead relationships and guide clients through the technical aspects of business transactions

You should be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes

• Fully qualified ACA/ACCA or equivalent
• Commercially minded with a passion for delivering quality and ensuring that client needs are met.
• Flexible, credible, approachable and a natural team player.
