Interim Group Management Accountant

The Company

Brewster Pratap are delighted to be recruiting for a large and growing business in Doncaster who are looking to recruit for an Interim Group Management Accountant. This role is a diverse, challenging and high profile position in the business.

The Job

This job will report to the Financial Controller and its primary function is to manage cash. This role will challenge the business units on cash performance as well as communicate effectively with banks and other stakeholders

Cash & working capital including daily cash reporting

Monthly short term cash forecasting, involving the consolidation of forecasts across business units providing appropriate challenge

Assistance in implementing group-wide cash actions to ensure the group is optimising its cash and liquidity performance

Monitoring and managing group liquidity and managing pinch-points

Supporting the Financial Controller with projects as required

Involvement across all business streams, interacting with the business and business partnering

The Person

Qualified Accountant with experience of working in a larger business. You will need strong management accounting skills, be able to interact with people at all levels across the business and have strong IT skills
