Finance Director

An interesting and exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Director to become part of the senior leadership team of this progressive, multi-site organisation reporting into the Group FD. Operationally, the Finance Director will be responsible for the management of all financial aspects in order for other senior leaders to focus on other performance factors enabling first class standards in all areas of the business.

We’re looking for a meticulous, technically skilled accountant who can also work collaboratively and create strong, working relationships with other financial and non-financial senior leaders. The Finance Director will lead on strategic business planning, ensuring that is has clear, sustainable plans for the future including the development of financial policies and procedures.

As an integral, senior member of staff within the organisation you will become an ambassador for the business and adopt the company culture of always providing superior service to customers and internal and external stakeholders.

CCAB qualified is an essential requirement and previous experience working within a not-for-profit, public sector, training or education environment is highly desirable.
