Interim Divisional Finance Director

I am currently working on a very exciting opportunity with a household name in their search for an Interim Divisional Finance Director. Reporting into the Group CFO, this position will be working very closely with the company’s COO in setting up a new division which is envisaged as the future revenue driver for the business.

The role will initially require a great deal of scoping and planning, to assist in drawing up what the make up of the division should be. The focus will then turn to the recruitment of the team underneath and developing these individuals to help create a real legacy for this known business.

Anyone applying must be a Qualified Accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) with significant transformation experience. There is a strong preference to anyone with a background in the retail/digital space. It is essential that business partnering in and outside of finance has been at the heart of prior roles and that the chosen candidate possess excellent management skills.
