Commercial Finance Manager

The Business:
This Senior Commercial Finance Manager position is working for an instantly recognisable business with a strong history and heritage in Warwickshire; this is the perfect opportunity for a qualified candidate with significant post qualification experience to put their mark on a fast growing finance team within an exciting and dynamic market sector.

This is a newly created position, with huge opportunities for you to drive processes, make changes and impact profitability; you will be responsible for an effective cost control management program for the operational business units, as well as providing performance commentary and finance support.

Within this highly involved role you will interact with all members of the Operational Senior Management team genuinely impacting key business decisions and driving business performance.

The Opportunity:
Act as a true Finance Business Partner - delivering report in a clear concise manner, helping non finance stakeholder to interpret performance metrics.
Management, coaching and development of a team of Finance Business Partners.
Variance analysis - highlighting areas for potential improvement and providing commentary on key drivers.
Take a lead on budgeting, planning and forecasting activity for the whole business, working closely with the operational teams.
Cost analysis and reporting - highlighting opportunities to improve business performance through efficiency gains.
Continuous improvement of processes and projects in line with wider business initiatives
Preparation and presentation of key performance statistics to senior level operational stakeholders.

Experience Sought:
CIMA, ACA or ACCA qualified.
Analytical and innovative approach to solutions with excellent systems skills - Advanced Excel.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to present information in detail and to senior stakeholders.
Demonstrable business partnering experience.
Strong Accounting Exam pass rate and Degree educated.
Commercial finance background in a large, complex business
