Senior Finance Manager

This 2 year FTC Senior Finance Manager position will work in a matrix environment with multiple key stakeholders, reporting to the Finance Director, Medical Affairs EMEA, based at Chertsey, Surrey.

Key aspects of the role will include:

• Business partner with Regional Medical Affairs Heads, managing all aspects of financial planning and analysis with the sub regions.
• Collaborate with regional Therapy Area (TA) Core Medical Teams (CMT), and TA project managers, oversight of assigned TA areas contributing to core medical planning process, and delivery.
• Support Affiliate Medical Affairs and Finance teams to ensure accurate consistent reporting, driving best practice and standardization.
• Collaborate BC MA Finance team member at Northbrook, and EMEA Regional Finance to execute MA business reporting and financial analysis for the MA EMEA Region and Affiliates.
• To build an understanding of systems and processes that support the MA EMEA business that can be leveraged to drive efficient data collection and integration for analysis and reporting.

Participate in business change projects improving operational efficiency of the newly evolving MA EMEA organization, helping to implement new solutions.

To be successful in your application you must have prior experience of working with a Pharmaceutical background
