Senior Performance Analyst - Life Insurance
Central London
£85000 - £100000 per annum
This leading FTSE Listed Life Insurer is looking to appoint a Senior Performance Analyst to join their expanding Business Finance team.
Key responsibilities:
* Reporting to the Global Head of Business Finance and interacting regularly with the Global CFO and other Executive Committee members
* Review of business results and trends from Group, and bench-marking these results against internal and external comparators
* Deliver recommendations to help drive strategic decisions across the Group
* Facilitate the development of solutions and strategies for complex financial challenges the business face
* Delivery of financial conclusions to senior stakeholders within the Finance function and the wider business
* Effective partnering across the business, in particular with the Actuarial team
Key requirements:
* Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CFA or equivalent) with several years PQE
* Proven experience business partnering with actuaries
* Life insurance experience highly desirable
* Proven track record of applying analytical skills in a commercial context
* Commercial awareness and a high degree of credibility with senior management
