Corporate Finance Lead Advisory

Opportunity for a self-motivated professional to join this Top 30 Accountancy Firm, working within the highly successful Corporate Finance team, who are nationally recognised for their work.

Working as a Lead Advisory, you will be assisting with assignments with a typical transactional value of up to £20 million, with other duties including:

• Evaluating current trading performance of the business
• Preparing projections and underlying assumptions
• Preparing business valuations, identifying and approaching potential acquirers
• Assisting with queries arising from acquirers’ due diligence processes
• Producing quality detailed written sales documentation within agreed timescales

You will demonstrate strong organisational and time management skills, good working knowledge of Excel and the ability to work efficiently and accurately to contribute to the continuous success of the firm and the Corporate Finance team.
