A high growth (20% year on year) private equity backed international technology business are looking for a Group Management Accountant to join at an exciting time as they target major expansion plans over the next few years both organically and through acquisition. The finance team has grown to 20 people and is spearheaded by a 'hands on', passionate CFO who has a strong background in tech.
The Group Management Accountant will report in to the Group FC and have the following responsibilities:
- Lead the monthly management accounts cycle and preparation of the Group management accounts
- Prepare detailed reporting to the board, shareholders and banks
- Prepare quarterly operational and financial KPIs
- Business partner for members of the Senior Management Team
- Substantial involvement in the annual business plans and quarterly forecasts
The Group Management Accountant will be a qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) and will have demonstrated a desire and ability to adapt to and work in a dynamic, fast moving environment. Clearly a strong management accounting background is essential with well-developed report writing skills and an ability to influence and operate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
