Chief Financial Officer

A market leading PE backed multi-site Healthcare business of scale has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a high profile Chief Financial Officer with a proven track record in growing businesses to take them to the next level organically and via acquisitions. This a truly commercial role that would suit an innovative individual that will be able to capitalise on the wealth of resources the business has at its disposal to build on its multiple revenue streams.

As a board member and leader of the finance function the CFO will partner with the Chief Executive to create a formidable team, whilst driving growth and the Group's business plan and strategic objectives. You will be leading an active M&A and investment strategy by identifying, analysing, and negotiating opportunities and ensuring top level execution.

Your technical ability to identify and rectify areas of improvement in both financial and operational performance through the analysis and interpretation of figures will allow the business to chase growth through their multiple business lines and achieve their ambitious targets. The CFO will also be have a broader remit with the responsibility for the Group's property arrangements, financing and IT strategy, including the Group's IT outsourcing contract.

The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant with strong character who is able to be innovative with their strategy and robust as the market changes. This diverse business is backed by an entrepreneurial and ambitious private equity firm, therefore, would fit an energetic and pragmatic leader who has strong interpersonal and communications skills to embody the Group values and be a prominent face of the organisation moving into an exciting chapter. An attractive package will include excellent upside with a strong equity stake.
