Biller

We have an exciting opportunity to join our global Client who  is looking for an ambitious, talented Biller to join this dynamic City Agency and become an important of their continued growth and success

This is an exceptional opportunity to assist in the smooth running of the Billing process

As Biller Responsibilities will include:

·         Prompt and accurate raising of all client sales invoices

·         Ensure data integrity on the client and job database

·         Essential third party costs are captured and applied to sales invoices

·         Review Statement of Work prior sending to the client

·         Assist with completing month end reconciliations and duties

·         Handle internal and external queries regarding invoices & work in progress (WIP), etc.

·         Raising and processing credit notes where required

·         Ensure Sarbanes Oxley compliance

·         Other Ad Hoc projects

Key Attributes required:

·         Good working knowledge of Excel

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills

·         Previous Paprika experience desirable

·         Willingness to learn and show interest in audit and VAT compliance

·        Organised and strong attention to detail
