Senior FP&A Manager / Finance Business Partner

Global Accounting Network are recruiting for a US listed pharmaceutical business, who have displayed incredible growth over the past decade due to phenomenal progression and development around specific drugs and products.

My client is looking to hire a Senior Manager, FP&A, which will be a business partner to key therapeutic areas across the EMEA region and will be the “go to person” for business analysis, insight and advice in their specific therapeutic area.

This person will also act as the lead Opex business partner to the EMEA VP Commercial Planning.

Some of their key responsibilities will include:

• Working with EMEA Finance and non-Finance leads, as well as Commercial Analysts to provide insight around business trends and developments
• Managing and preparing financial planning, reporting and analysis for various functions
• Acting as a key conduit and link between non-finance and the controllership function
• Developing new analytical tools to support business decisions within markets and across the EMEA region

The ideal candidate will have:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification
• Strong academic background
• Proven track record of business partnering with non-finance functions and driving results
• Extensive experience in Corporate FP&A, with a strong understanding of the planning cycle
• Experience of working within large, listed company environments and an understanding of the complexities, challenges and opportunities in these businesses
• A natural bias for data, and data analytics, with the ability to provide insights into business performance
