I am working with a private equity house who is recruiting an interim CFO for a software company within their portfolio. They are in need of a high impact interim CFO with a strong operational skillset along with exit experience to come in to start, and lead the sale process working closely alongside the CEO and the private equity house.
You will be a trained accountant (ideally chartered) with experience within the software space and must have taken a company through an exit. The company has experienced extraordinary growth following the investment from the backers and has opened up offices internationally and now looking to exit to either trade or secondary sale. It is likely to be a cross-border sale and thus any experience in this is highly desirable.
