Finance Business Partner needed for growing Pharma business in Berkshire!

£65,000 - £75,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Business Partner to join a growing Pharma business in Berkshire.

You will be joining an established Business Unit to support and will be the Finance lead for partnering with BUD and the Sales & Marketing teams. The role will play a key part in coordinating the financial planning process for the business unit to deliver robust financial forecasts and deliver to target expectations. You will contribute to create insights and support decision making through business analysis in order to drive profitable business growth and contribute to the strategic and operational development of the division.

To successfully deliver in this high-profile position, you will need to have:

  • University degree.
  • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
  • Business Partnering and FP&A experience in a multinational business.
  • Pharma industry experience would be desirable.
  • Senior stakeholder management experience and ability to influence, drive and support BU Directors and Sales & Marketing teams.
  • Strong analytical and commercial skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Create insights and support decision making through business analysis in order to drive profitable business growth, eg. ROI analysis.
  • Sales Forecasting & Reporting.
  • Leading the co-ordination and presentation of the financial plans - including target setting, budget, forecasting and analysis.
  • Deliver brand profitability analysis.
  • Input into sales budgets and estimates as required at intervals during the year.
  • Penetrate spend and identify cost saving opportunities and optimise resource allocation.
  • Drive OPEX forecast accuracy and deliver strong OPEX controls framework.
