Senior Corporate Recovery Administrator opportunity within a leading North West Corporate Advisory Boutique. This opportunity offers exposure to a wide range of formal insolvency appointment work in addition to restructuring / turnaround projects with distressed businesses and advisory work with stressed PE backed businesses.

This leading Corporate Advisory Boutique has established a strong reputation for its Corporate Finance / M&A, Transaction Services / DD and Corporate Recovery & Restructuring work and is considered to be the leading Mid-Market Advisory firm in the North of England. Continued growth across the business has resulted in a unique opportunity for an experienced Corporate Recovery Administrator.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Senior Corporate Recovery Administrator you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of formal insolvency appointments and non-formal advisory projects, supporting Directors with management of cases and projects referred by Accountants, Banks / Funders and through the firms PE Investment arm.

Duties and responsibilities will involve:

- Handling a portfolio of formal insolvency cases including Administrations (Trading and Pre-Packaged), Liquidations and CVA's. Dealing with all daily aspects of cases from initial instruction through to closure.

- Supporting a Director on Restructuring & Turnaround of distressed businesses and Business Review work on stressed investment backed businesses.

THE PERSON

You will be a Corporate Insolvency & Recovery Administrator able to demonstrate the following:

- CPI Qualified or alternatively AAT Qualified / ACCA Part-Qualified

- Previous experience of Corporate Insolvency & Recovery cases ideally within a large firm (minimum c.3 yrs)

- A desire to develop your experience within corporate insolvency and advisory work and progress to Manager and beyond within a leading Mid-Market Corporate Advisory practice.
