Operational Business Consulting

This leading International Business Consultancy and Advisory firm is looking to grow their Performance Improvement team through the addition of ambitious and talented professionals at Senior Consultant / Senior Manager levels.

The role will involve working closely with high profile clients on a range of operational and strategic performance improvement initiatives which may include process improvement, cost reduction, supply chain, working capital management projects as well as M&A and top line growth.

The projects will involve working with both Corporate clients and increasingly with Private Equity businesses providing both business transformation and commerial due diligence expertise.

The successful candidate will have an impressive academic background and ideally be MBA or ACA qualified with proven business consulting experience gained within a leading Consultancy or Big 4 Accountancy firm.

Engineering graduates who have worked within an Operational Performance Improvement role within a major blue chip business may also be considered if they can demonstrate Consultancy skills.

Strong sector expertise will also be welcomed and may include Consumer Goods and Retail, Energy and Utilities, Automotive or Financial Services.

In addition to technical expertise in this area you will also be required to have first class communication and client handling ability. European language skills are also valued.

The progression available and support in continuing your professional development is excellent with a clear path through to Director / Partner level .
