We have a new vacancy for an accounts payable analyst to join one of the world's largest communications company. The Accounts Payable Analyst will be responsible for all the processing for Japanese speaking entities across the globe, making this an interesting and varied job, leading to a permanent job after 12 months within the organisation, either in accounts or in other related areas.
Responsibilities:
- Processing invoices
- Posting to the ledgers and ensuring compliance
- Dealing with queries
- Assistance with month end reporting for UK and USA managers
