Senior Manager

I am recruiting for a Senior Manager to join one of my extremely well known clients on a 3 year fixed term contract.

You will be part of a high profile project developing the cost of capital strategy and rating the financial standings of external companies, which will involve extensive engagement with these companies, as well as rating agencies and City analysts.

It is expected that you’ll already have experience of rating infrastructure and/or utilities companies and that you will bring proven expertise on regulatory finance and economics issues such as cost of capital, finance-ability, tax, depreciation, pensions and indexation.

You’ll also have experience of working with investors and / or ratings agencies, and be able to build up a positive professional relationship with key representatives in the City and in regulated companies.

You should be degree qualified, and be familiar with a range of financial, economic and accounting measures, including net present value concepts, economic depreciation, valuation, credit rating criteria and returns on capital employed.

Finally, a good understanding of the capital asset pricing model (CAPM) is a must-have.
