ACA/ACCA ACCOUNTANT - WEST LONDON PRACTICE - GROUP CONSOLIDATIONS - £50,000 PER ANNUM


Your new company
Your new firm offers a bespoke accountancy service to range of companies which are mainly OMB's which are SME companies, in addition to partnerships and charities. The practice has an excellent reputation which enables them to offer an enriching work environment to staff as well as the infrastructure to support employees in all areas of their development.

Your new role
As a qualified accountant and senior business adviser in the practice, you will be responsible for the delivery of financial reporting and accounting advice to the firms clients. You will be the first point of contact for a number of clients and in addition to accounting will be analysing client data, make recommendations and talk credibly to clients on issues such as their current trading position, future outlook and legislative changes. Responsibilities will include: preparation of statutory accounts, under FRS 102 transitions; consolidated accounts and cash flows, advising on complex accounting issues, preparing engagement letters; understand WIP, fees and project negotiations. In addition, you will supervise and review the work of juniors, attend client meetings, get involved in business development activities and proactively identify new business opportunities for our team and wider firm services.

What you'll need to succeed
to succeed, you will be a qualified accountant with good year end accounting experience and technical knowledge of FRS102 and group consolidations. You will be able to maintain and develop client relationship, be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines and have a good commercial awareness
