Credit Manager

BTG Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity to join a fast growth manufacturing business in Leicester as their new Credit Manager.

We are looking to recruit an experienced Credit Manager to join this rock solid team. Reporting in to the Financial Controller your main remit will be to drive down DSO, monitor and motivate the credit control team (8 people), agree client credit limits with the sales team, target setting, appraisals and query resolution. You will also be providing management information for cash flow purposes.

Skills required:

• You will have previous experience of managing a similar size team
• You will possess strong PC skills and must be competent in using Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• You must be able to work well under pressure and manage priorities.
• You will have good interpersonal skills with a confident ability to communicate results of analysis to senior managers and directors.
