World class technology business is looking to strengthen their high profile finance team in West London with the appointment of  a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. The company is a proven global leader in its area of specialism with sustained and impressive international growth over the years.

Working in a team of similar, like minded and high calibre individuals, the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will partner with business and finance teams to understand the key performance drivers, impacts, metrics and business outlook across various business units across multiple areas. Creating a consolidated outlook, the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will be able to provide key financial information to strategic management and key stakeholders. You will provide expertise and professional guidance on forecasting operational performance, spend, headcount and P and L management for numerous areas of the business.

Requirements for this role are as follows:

  • Masters Degree / Top Tier MBA / Qualified Accountant (CIMA , ACCA , ACA or European equivalent)
  • Previous experience (6-10 years) in FP&A within an international, high growth business
  • Solid financial background with strong technical skills
  • Experience in technology, digital, e-commerce, strategic consulting or retail highly advantageous
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communicative ability
  • Fluency in English. 
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise: to work autonomously or as part of a team
  • Knowledge of financial business planning tools. SAP experience advantageous
