Payroll Assistant

THE COMPANY:

Brewster Pratap are recruiting an experienced Payroll Assistant for a large multinational service organisation based in Sheffield. This is a new role due to business demands and does require an immediate start. Close to the motorway they are accessible from Barnsley, Rotherham, Worksop and Chesterfield.

THE JOB:

The main purpose of the role is to assist with the smooth processing of payroll. Reporting to the Payroll Manager duties will include:

Processing monthly payroll across multiple sites for over 2,000 employees
Processing of starters, leavers and changes to details in payroll system
Dealing with queries
Liaising with third parties
Other ad hoc duties as required

THE PERSON:

Previous Payroll experience is essential
The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines is essential
You must have excellent IT and communication skills
