Your new role
Supporting the MD you will manage the small accounting team and prepare bank/partner quarterly reports, cash flow forecasts alongside preparing basic financial reporting processes for the team to follow. You will also be involved with refinancing/financing of properties, from initial discussions with broker/banks which may involve creating presentations to monitoring legal process and documents to ensure they are practicable and tax efficient. This is a great role ideally suited to someone from a large corporate business looking to join a more relaxed family atmosphere and to enjoy a better work/life balance.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a sound technical understanding from completing your ACA, ACCA or CIMA accounting qualification, and experience of working in a small to medium sized business to comprehend the full reporting process. Importantly you will also have good knowledge of the property industry, or knowledge of a leveraged fund with a similar income/debt payment structure.

What you'll get in return
You'll get a salary of around £70,000 depending on your experience. You'll also be part of a relaxed and friendly office environment that has a good presence within the property sector. Based in their North London offices, it's easily accessible from around London.
