FP&A Manager

Badenoch & Clark are working with a global organisation to appoint a FP&A Manager.

Reporting into the Regional Finance Director, your key accountabilities are to:

Consolidate, analyse and comment on financial information - both historic and forward looking
Co-ordinate, consolidate and challenge the forward looking financial information - P&L a/c, cashflow, working capital, order book and project outturns
Provide effective input and analysis across all business areas, including work winning and operational/financial performance.
Challenge variances to target and prepare analysis to identify trends and causal factors to inform future decision making
Provide appropriate input to the development and implementation of business strategy including the development of 'what if' scenarios.
Take the lead in managing and reporting of target cost reductions and operational efficiencies
Take ownership for consolidating and reporting of risks and opportunities
Undertake ad hoc projects as required and directed
Assist in the preparation of business cases, as required.
Ensure appropriate KPI's are created, measured and reported by the business
Actively participate in functional and cross functional teams to drive process efficiency (Lean)

The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified candidate that has extensive FP&A experience gained within a blue chip environment.
