Decision Support Manager job based in Woking, Surrey

Your new company
You will be joining a highly acquisitive organisation based close to Woking, Surrey who are enjoying growth of 30-40% per year. You will be based in centrally, close to the mainline station in bright, modern offices that have just been refurbished.

Your new role
Reporting into the Head of Finance, you will be part of a small team who are key to helping the operational Directors grow their individual business unit. Utilising your broad accounting and IT skills, you will be partnering and building KPI reporting, providing clear concise value added commentary, spotting trends in risk and opportunity as well as undertaking projects post acquisition/integration. This is a very exciting, hands on role where you will have the autonomy to drive success in the business.

What you'll need to succeed
In addition to your financial analysis experience, you should have strong systems/data skills particularly within Excel as you will be manipulating a high volume of information. Most importantly is the confidence to work with Directors, push change and partner to help business success - strong presentation/communication skills are essential.
