Badenoch & Clark are currently working with a highly successful global organisation to recruit a Commercial Financial Analyst. This role will be based in West Sussex.
We are looking for a proven Financial Analyst who will be working closely with the finance business partner to manage and control the forecasting, reporting and budgeting process globally.
Key Responsibilities:
* Take the lead in the preparation of a consolidated forecasts, budgets and actuals, whilst working with other countries to ensure timely and accurate information.
* Track the business performance of key initiatives. Developing and leading on cost efficiencies, synergies and margin optimisation projects.
* Maintain weekly Risks/Opportunities reports and present to key business stakeholders who can deliver the actions required.
* Conduct detailed P&L and Balance Sheet analysis to understand actual and forecast submissions from other countries along with key business drivers.
* Provide variance analysis for movements, develop industry knowledge and detailed understanding of the business fundamentals to become a key contributor to business performance.
Ideal candidates will have:
* Qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA with significant post qualification experience gained in commercially focused finance roles within large blue chip organisations.
* Excellent team management / motivation skills.
* Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential.
* Exceptional communications skills across all levels.
