Based in central London my client is a leading Private Equity Real Estate group.
We are assisting with the appointment of two graduate Financial Analysts, who will join an established team, performing a wide variety of analytical l tasks.
The tasks revolve around valuing and performing a financial appraisal of various properties which are offered for sale to the group.
Whilst training will be given, you need to have a quick mind and be able to assimilate facts quickly and turn them into a result which will enable the group to make the right decisions!
This is a responsible role and would suit a graduate looking for a future in property and finance.
